Curata cartofii si taie-i in bucati mici spre mediu: 2.5 cm
Pune-i la fiert intr-un litru de apa, cu o lingurita de sare. La foc mare pana dau in clocot. Dupa ce au dat in clocot, la foc minim, cu capac, timp de 20 de minute. Poti folosi o scobitoare, un bat de frigariu sau o furculita pentru a vedea daca sunt fierti.
Rastoarna cartofii intr-o strecuratoare si lasa-i sa se scurga bine pana ii vei pune in tigaie.
Incalzeste tigaia si adauga uleiul.
