¾lborscht ( you can use sauerkraut juice or 4-5 tablespoons of vinegar)

500gminced meat

Instructions
Boil the pork bones in 3 liters of water for one hour.
1 kg pork bone
Sauté the onion for a few minutes.
Grate the carrots, celery and parsley and add to the onion.
Cover and cook for a few minutes on low heat.
Add tomato and paprika paste and cook for 1 minute.
For meatballs, mix all the ingredients. You can add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs for a tick texture. Form the balls, smaller than a walnut size.
Remove the bones from the pot, add the cooked vegetables and the meatballs and let it boil for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, thyme, heated borscht and lovage and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
