Ingredients

ground pork at least 20% fat

ground black pepper

ground coriander+allspice

garlic cloves minced
Instructions
Check the recipe again and prepare all ingredients;
! All the meat must be at least twice minced.
Hand mix all the meat with salt and baking soda, gradually adding the broth ( water / beer )
Add all the other spices and minced garlic which was previous diluted in a small cup of water;
Mix well the paste, at least 10 minutes;
Cover the bowl and let it to cool in the fridge for minimum 6 hours, preferable until next day;
With wet hands, form the mititei in a tubular shape, 7 - 8 cm long, 2.5 - 3 cm thick
Put them on a very hot grill ( medium temperature) for 3-4 minutes for each of 4 sides.
Serve with mustard or ketchup, bread and cold beer!
