Instructions
Make a fairly hard dough, keep a quarter of it to be grated on top.
Spread a sheet, put it in the greased tray.
Spread jam and whipped egg whites.
Grate the dough on top. You have to mix again this dough with flour or keep it in the freezer to be good for grating.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
